Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clipsal-By-Schneider-Electric 5752PP/2R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Det-tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 82100253R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 515100486 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DE5600002 by Manufacturer Det-tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Datalogic Brand SR201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cool-Air such as SENSORNEMA4XBOX equipment made by Cool-Air have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cool-Air products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cool-Air" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 13102A6517 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 13108A6517 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1310A6517 by Cutler-Hammer and SENSORNEMA4XBOX spares by Cool-Air are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
